The residential has beautiful common areas, a large pool, tanning beds and private access to one of the best beaches in Bávaro - Punta Cana. The location is perfect, it is right in the tourist center with more than 40 different entertainment options, bars, restaurants, excursions and more.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and 3 beds to receive a total of 6 guests, it has a TV in the living room and in the main room, air conditioning in all spaces and an equipped kitchen to make your stay more comfortable.



-ELECTRICITY
The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. Air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:


• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will request a cash deposit that will vary between USD 50 and USD 200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights reserved.

-TRANSFER FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT.
The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the roundtrip it will have a special price of 80 dollars.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, air conditioning in all spaces and an equipped kitchen to make your stay more comfortable. The residential has a spectacular pool with a barbecue area so you can enjoy in the company of your loved ones.

Guest access is allowed as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded. Access to the building is through a two-way street, they will have a parking space available inside the building and at no additional cost, upon arrival you must ask the residential security guard to allow you to enter the parking lot.

In the area, a vehicle is not required, you will get everything nearby and the beach is a few steps away, and you can use the private access that the residential has, in case you do not want to rent or travel with your own car, you can hire uber to your service or use public transportation.

In Los Corales you will find more than 50 bars and restaurants, all of them can be reached on foot, so you will not need a vehicle. the beach is seconds from the residential.

There is a variety of restaurants for all tastes, from Dominican food to Asian food, which will surely satisfy the most demanding people.

It is a dynamic place, where development is being managed at an accelerated pace, there are many constructions and movement, very safe to walk around and there are not many steps to take to get to the beach.

To get to the residence from the airport, you can always request a taxi service with us, which is our first option since after arriving, we consider that you will not need to travel very far since you will have many options to do within a short distance from the apartment.

Even so, for those who come from other cities, we have 1 parking space available inside the residential, at no additional cost. Or they can arrive by public transport.

Then it is very easy and convenient to travel by uber or buses that periodically pass near the residence.
