The apartment includes clean bed linens and towels for guests. The property is brand new, in a building completed at the end of 2024. Parties and events are not allowed.

Electricity:

Electricity is charged extra based on consumption. An electric meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out, and then the cost of consumption will be calculated based on usage. Each room in the apartment has an individual air conditioning unit.

A cash deposit will be requested upon arrival, ranging from 50 to 200 USD depending on the length of stay.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment without restrictions. Some building rules must be respected, such as quiet times and rules of coexistence. The rules of the residence are posted in the common areas of the residence.

The host team will be available for any inquiries or assistance needed during the stay, ensuring a worry-free experience.
