This residential is designed for comfort, the apartment has 2 large bedrooms, the main one with a king size bed and a bathroom inside the room and the second with a Queen size bed. A large kitchen, work area, living room with comfortable sofa and television for maximum enjoyment. IF you travel with children, they will be able to see them from the balcony while they play in the green areas.

The property has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, work area, living room and terrace, for greater comfort, it has air conditioning in the bedrooms and a water heater.

The residential was designed for recreation, spacious common areas, a large pool with beds for sunbathing and a covered barbecue area, the whole family will feel pleased with the space.

The property has an electronic lock in case you need to check in outside of normal hours and the attention of our staff who will support you with any requirements you may have.

-ELECTRICITY

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.

• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.

• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.

-TRANSFER FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT.

The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 80 dollars.

Upon arrival, you must appear in the residential lobby and identify yourself, you will be able to see and sign the residential rules.

The property is for your exclusive use, but our staff will be attentive through different means so that you can contact us if you require assistance, advice or any recommendation.

Check in and check out are in person, so we can assist you in case of flight delays or simply arrivals outside of normal hours. In these cases, we ask that you contact us to give estimates of the arrival time.
