-ELECTRICITY
The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.

-TRANSFER FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT.
The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 80 dollars.

The apartment is in a very comfortable residential area, at night when you turn on the lights in the common area an ideal environment is achieved, you will have access to the gym and the common areas of the residential.

The ideal location, close to bars and restaurants, as access by private car, taxi or uber service. Walking is comfortable and safe in the area, a minimarket is very close so you can buy quick things that you need, the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest and our staff will always be attentive to help you by phone and if you require a visit, by appointment.

The amenities of the property such as swimming pool, barbecue, gym, are available during the hours defined by the residential, so when you arrive, you can check the rules to learn a little more about them.

The Residencial Costa Hermosa is located in the Cortecito sector, this sector is adjacent to Los Corales, between them there are more than 40 bars and restaurants, less than 15 minutes walk from the residential.

The options are varied, the residential is 3 blocks from the main avenue, Av Alemania, for which the use of public transport is an option, additionally it has a parking space in case you travel by private vehicle or decide to rent one for your stay.

Other popular options are the use of private taxis or the Uber company.
