Our apartment is just steps from the beach, minimarkets, restaurants and bars, it has a preferential location in the center of Los Corales.
It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a pool and a barbecue in the comun area, where you will have enough space to enjoy during your trip. Likewise, we are at your disposal to help and guide you during your stay in Punta Cana, where you will surely want to stay longer.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, TV in living room and in the bedrooms, air conditioners in all spaces and an equipped kitchen to make your stay more comfortable.

-ELECTRICITY
The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.

-TRANSFER FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT.
The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 80 dollars.

Guest access is allowed as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded.

The apartment will be to be enjoyed by you and your companions privately.

Our team and I will always be available to assist you if required.

They will always have our accompaniment and recommendation in any activity they wish to carry out.

In Los Corales you will find more than 50 bars and restaurants, all of them can be reached on foot, so you will not need a vehicle. the beach is seconds from the residential.

There is a variety of restaurants for all tastes, from Dominican food to Asian food, which will surely satisfy the most demanding people.

It is a dynamic place, where development is being managed at an accelerated pace, there are many constructions and movement, very safe to walk around and there are not many steps to take to get to the beach.

To get to the residence from the airport, you can always request a taxi service with us, which is our first option since after arriving, we consider that you will not need to travel very far since you will have many options to do within a short distance from the apartment.
Even so, for those who come from other cities, we have 1 parking space available inside the residential, at no additional cost. Or they can arrive by public transport.

Then it is very easy and convenient to travel by uber or buses that periodically pass near the residence.
