The apartment is located within the exclusive Cocotal Golf & Country Club, a private gated community with 24/7 security. Please note that the sofa bed in the living area can accommodate 2 additional guests, but we recommend a maximum of 8 guests for optimal comfort. Our team will be waiting for you upon arrival to assist you during your check-in and welcome you.

The private terrace's picuzzi requires advance notice for water heating. Guests can enjoy the community pool, walking trails, and paddle courts within the residential complex.

Electricity:

Electricity is charged extra based on consumption. An electric meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out, and then the cost of consumption will be calculated based on usage. Each room in the apartment has an individual air conditioning unit.

A cash deposit will be requested upon arrival, ranging from 50 to 200 USD depending on the length of stay.
