We want you to make the most of your stay. Please note that this apartment is a smoke-free space, except for the balcony, where smoking is allowed as long as the sliding doors are closed. The residence has private security available 24/7, and while parking is private, it is not numbered. For those wanting to explore further, easy access to the public beach offers endless opportunities for long, relaxing walks.

IMPORTANT.

Access to the beach has a minimum consumable cost of 35 dollars per person, with these you can enter and enjoy the Cana Bay club menu to purchase the products of your preference.

-ELECTRICITY

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.

• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.

• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.

The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 50 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 90 dollars.
