Enjoy a modern 2-bedroom apartment in the exclusive The Beach residential complex in Bávaro, Punta Cana. Overlooking one of the largest pools in the area, this luxury retreat is fully equipped for your comfort. Located near the vibrant Downtown Punta Cana and just minutes from the best beaches, it offers the perfect blend of tranquility and entertainment.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in. The residential complex is quiet and family-oriented, so we ask guests to respect the community rules. No parties or events are allowed. Electricity in Punta Cana is charged separately and will be calculated based on usage during the stay

-ELECTRICITY

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.

• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.

• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.

-TRANSFER FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT.

The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 80 dollars.

You’ll be staying at The Beach at City Place, an exclusive residential complex in Bávaro, Punta Cana, renowned for its tranquility and beauty. Our modern apartment offers stunning views of one of the largest pools in the area and is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Guests will enjoy a secure environment, personalized attention throughout their stay, and close proximity to Punta Cana’s top attractions.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, balcony, and the residential pool. They will be provided with a key for access to common areas. Please note that the residential complex has community rules that must be followed, such as a quiet hours policy starting from 10:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed on the premises.
