The residential has beautiful common areas, a large swimming pool, tanning beds and barbecue area. The location is perfect in the Cortecito area where there are more than 40 different entertainment options.

-ELECTRICITY

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. Air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.

• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.

• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will request a cash deposit that will vary between USD 50 and USD 200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights reserved.

-TRANSFER FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT.

The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the roundtrip it will have a special price of 80 dollars.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning in all spaces and an equipped kitchen to make your stay more comfortable. The residential has a spectacular pool with a barbecue area so you can enjoy in the company of your loved ones.

The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the pool and additionally mosquito nets throughout the property.

Guest access is allowed as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded. Access to the building is via a two-way street. You will have a parking space available inside the building and at no additional cost. Upon arrival, you must ask the residential security guard to allow you to enter the parking lot and sign the residential regulations.

In the area, a vehicle is not required, you will find everything nearby and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. If you do not want to rent or travel with your own car, you can hire Uber for its service or use public transportation.

The property is for your exclusive use, we can arrange a self check-in if necessary, but we like to do in-person check-ins to show the property and be able to answer any questions you may have upon arrival.

The area is very dynamic, between Cortecito and Los Corales you will find more than 50 options of bars and restaurants, you just have to feel like exploring the area.

Our recommendation is to request a transfer from the airport or bus terminal with us to facilitate the arrival process, as well as taxi, Uber and vehicle rental options in the area.
